X-PROG V5.55 NEW CLONE CANT ACCESS

Hi fellow members, can anyone please assist?
I have purchased a x-prog v5.55 (clone). I have installed the software but unable to use it as image shows.
When wanting to read eeprom etc device says "device is silent" or "cant open".
any guidance perhaps I have done something wrong.

Im have back time problem with X-prog 5.55 clone software,but download software from here(download area,see and choose with dongle or without dongle) ,and problem solved friend.
