View Full Version : Golf 5 1.9TDI 105HP DPF OFF AND MORE HORSE POWER

Hi ! Yesterday i buy a '08 GOLF V 1.9TDI "GT Sport Edition".
I noticed today that DPF is physically absent !
I wish DPF OFF from software , and more horse power .. because 105 is too less.

Having two Tunes before:
First Tune wich told me the Tuner was a 125HP and Vmaxoff Mapping.

After a Engine Failure triggered by PDF compatible Oil and Diesel Mixture, i desided to remove DPF and Close EGR. Then i got my

second Tune from another Tuner with EGR and DPF deactivate and the second Tuner told me the File has 140HP.

But From my Feeling the Engine is less Powerfull then before.

Especially From 2000rpm there was a rapid Increase of Nm with the old tune.
And over 4000rpm there was a bit more Power to reach Vmax

Theoretically without DPF mounted you need less Airmass from the Turbo, right?
Because the DPF no longer need a overamount off Air for Regeneration, right?
Then this means for me it is possible to increase amount of Fuel higher withless increasing Boost

I dont know which was the Difference of these two Tuning files, but maybe you can take a look at it?

Have Kessv2 and ECM Titanium, also WinOls with Damos Files. But i canīt Compare to the old tune because Tuner 2 or me make no Backup.

Okay, after 6 more Hours studying and compare the two Files, i figured out by myself, that the second Tuner "increased" large Areas of different Maps simply by 8 Percent.
That tells me, will make a Output of 140HP impossible.
In clear logical Thinking, 8 % more Energy from Fuel, 8% Higher Boost, 8% Higher Drivers Wish and 8 % higher Torque Limit,
can make in Adittion only 8% more Nm in Output.
Because you canīt get more Out Engine if you put only 8% more Energy in it.
In Addition, tune all by simply 8 % make a Bad Fuel/Oxygen Ratio in most Driving Situations.

Means 250Nm + 8% =108%=270Nm and HP depends on Rpm, but can Never make a Plus off more than 15 HP.

Is there a way anyone show me Professional Maps for a 105 PS PD BXE BLS or something?
Would like to see a few Maps with more Sense in Injection Duration, IQ to Nm, Boost, and Drivers wish to compare and learning.

Why are there 8 or more Drivers wish maps?
are there for Different Engine Oil/WaterTemperatures and/or maybe Tempomat function?

Wouldnīt it be make Sense to Limit Torque when Engine is Cold?

Can anyone say to witch Environmental conditions are these linked to?

Or about the close to 200 meter long, deepblack Oilstripe my Engine drawed on a Street near Vienna, about 500 kilometers away from Home? :hmmmm: :biggrin:

Hello, no ! Picture was with the first map, but Engine Failure had nothing to do with it.
That was a result from Diesel and NOX Gases that came from Blowby Gases into the EngineOil.
Paired with very short Distance to My Workplace 2x12km Day, Engine wont reach normal Temperatures and Oil has lost his Viscosity.
Take a look at the Bearings, this damage came from "Kavitation"

simply Go*gle "BLS Pleuellagerschaden" or look after used Engines with 1,9 BLS on EBA*. Most of them are Blow up the same.
Without DPF installed and with use off Standard Oil, there are no Problems.
