2004 Avensis keys lost

Hello
Can someone help me to putt the new key into the avensis immo box dump please ?
I can not add the new key using master key (I must be doing something wrong), so only manual solution will make my customer happy.

The key is genuine from main dealer. Key is ID70 (just zedbull reads it as 67).
I have to sort it out in differend way.
