Qashqai 2nd memory

2011 Qashqai showing new value on odometer but when read with Delphi channel 58 shows original.
Anyone ever come across this?
Any idea where this value is held or what channel 58 is?

I was surprised. Didn't know about it.
Any idea what type of memory is in the ecu?
Presume it's the engine ecu?
