There is not "hot start problem" in the file.
How the engine start if you disconnect the Temp. sensor when the engine is hot?

First, check injection timing using VCDS.

Mot type is ACV 100PS. You have 2 timing belts. Check both and set timing pump at 0.3-0,4mm BTDC

Did you confirmed starter and battery??
Most of problems " hot start" i have seen are low rpm on start.

.Too slowly turns the starter , check the current consumption and state battery.Hot engine dosage starts from the specific rotation rpm.Cold dosage starts from 0 rpm .

Because when is cold ,engine has the help of plugs to start,if this happens All correct about timming (in my opinion)
When is hot more than 9 - 10?C ecu do not give order to connect glow plugs (hot information from temp. sensor 80 - 90?C,when you disconnect the info. is about : -40?C ) and if all correct engine start.but need to have a good and strong starter.
In first try with another battery or with the help of a booster and see if any changes happen.
