7G renew with abrites

Hi all
I have used Abrites to try and renew about 10 x 722.9 boards but have found that it won't correctly renew four of them.
it says that the reset has been completed successfully but the Hash of the keys has not reset on all of the boards that won't personalise. I have tried to update the software first and then reset again but the Key hash data won't reset, has anyone else come across this issue ?

Are there any other better software to reset these units ?

are you using a genuine avdi unit or a clone (fvdi)?

you must find correkt database file,first check for sw number on ecu

Yes, there are better tools where you don't have to search for the correkt database file...

I have software 0024483910 and tried a few times and selected it manually but still won't clear hash data , do you have any other suggestions ?

Are you using DAS in Special Functions to Virgin?

read eis and ecu
will try to add key hash to it
so plug and play without renew vgs..
