hi guys
i read on another forum its advisable to leave youre vm box plugged in and "live" so vm can "talk back" to the box.
anyone know if this is true?
i tend to think its jibberjabber as ive only plugged mine back in about 4 times in 4 years. no probs yet.
cheers guys.

I leave mine plugged in as i get to see the HD channels with it for a start, but I also wish to remain under the radar... its your choice but if they are expecting the box to talk back to them i would prefer it to do so...

i had a phone call from vm a while back to say there was a fault with my box as thay could not comunicate with it (it was not on line at the time ) so i now leave it on standby with the feed in and i have had no more problems
