Remove ecu and try programming directly...

Okay, that means I have to solder out the am29f400bt-70sf Chip, or is there an other way without soldering out?
Then reprogramm it with a flasher?
I?m totaly new at flashing ECU, what for equipment, I will need?

Yes solder out... You can use labtool or beeprog something like that

gnd on boot pin 29f400 and use mpps. i think to use me 7.5.5 protocol. Usualy this work. except if you brick it too much.
you give gnd then power on, after few seconds gnd off and writte old file.

Boot mode will be work but only original dump.
That's one brick you ecu because there is no checksum calculated.
EGR not disabled fully, only basic maps. Much torque from down parts but anyway no fuel and no requested power, because there is nothing tuned, only limiters changed.
For free work is ok :-)

make checksum calculate and dump will be work.

Choose "Speed options - slow" in the MPPS and write original file directly, without make ID.
Follow on screen instructions strictly!
Should work.
