SEAT IBIZA EDC15 EGR OFF

Hi members, need help with Seat ibiza 1.9 tdi.There is problem with egr system.
DTC
19586-EGR System
P3130 -Regulation Range Exceeded-Intermittent
Somebody please remove EGR.
ECU is Bosch EDC15, Bosch nr. 0 281 012 276, VAG nr. 038 906 019 NL.
Dump in attach...

It does work, no DTC deleted just EGR function disable.

so how come you straight away realised : Volta soloution ?
Curious to how you can see volta over manual , you looking in winols ?
