A3 8p dash retrofit problem

I have a3 8p 2004 and want to do retrofit with a white cluster. I have the ori smok, and also white cluster with a working key. Smok reads secblock from old cluster without any problems, but with the new one does mileage only. It recognises cluster, soft and hardware, but when I try to read sb/pin or eeprom it gives me

I tried 2010 cluster option with the same results.

I managed to get pin with xhorse crap - I removed second key using fvdi, so pin is ok.

Any ideas? I checked cluster with vcds and lock times are all 0. Please, help.
