i wanna change my OPEL insignia ecu edc17 tricore with new one
can anybody here tell how to do that

please can you give me more informations ?

You need Ktag full read of ECU, then IMMO off, then write to new ECU.
Or if same HW na SW ver of ECU, just IMMO off new one.
