Smart key is ok, when I insert it in the lock it turns the dashboard on but I cant start the car,after removing the power from the battery from 1 to 3 minutes after that tha car can start.What I want to say is that tha car can only start when I remove the power after that every time before starting tha car you need to repate tha same thing.Thoes the lower lock of the stearing wheel need to give out a sound when I insert the key in the lock,is the problem with that lock,becouse the stearing wheel stays unlocked even after removing the key. Thanks
