Range Rover Sport 2.7 EGR

Can you please help me with removing ERG from 2.7 HDI motor of Range Rover Sport 2008.

I tried to remove it with IAS but when I start it the car is in safe mode and not rev over 2500 rpm.
There is no fault code in the ECU but when I erase non existing fault code the car rev and go until I start it again.
Then is in the safe mode again without faults.
