Passat 1.6 Simos ABS coding

Hello!
Anyone have a scan from early Passat 3c with BSE simos engine control and manual gearbox.
I got one car in with coding gone because of EPB module swap.
ESP module is 3c0614095N
Anyone have similar car around or a scan from one and willing to share coding?

I found for N part this codding: 0030094

I managed to obtain this rare code by some hard Googling..:)
Coding for 3c Passat BSE with manual transmission and auto hold shound be 0013686
I post it here if someone stuck in same problem
