Need help can't read EDC15 with galletto 1260

Hello everyone,

Like an year ago a friend of me read and uploaded a file to my car via obd2 with galletto 1260.
Now I'm trying to upload a new file but I can't read ecu via obd2 with galletto. The car is vw golf 4 ALH 2001.
What I've tried:
- use windows xp 32bit, win7 32bit
- use different combinations of ftdi drivers and galletto programs
- removing fuse 11 15 they are for cluster instrument, removing also the cluster and connect directly k-line
- removed ecu and tried to get into boot mode when connecting a 5k resistor to pin 24 on 29f400 but again no success

Please advice me what else I should try? I dont have a programator, only galletto 1260.
I'm sure it must work my computer name ends on 012M so its sure i can flash via obd2.

Try connect with ecu , communication ? I had a case that can not be done 019 via galletto and Kess v2.

What you mean try "connect with ecu, communication". I tried on the bench but can't get in boot mode when touching 24 pin of 29f400. As I said a friend of me already uploaded a file without any problems from galletto 1260 via obd2. What can be wrong now? I really dont get it. If it was a bad file probably the car wont start, but I'm driving it over an year without problems. Also I already changed the galletto cable once because it's in warranty and they send me a new one I can see because it has a different serial number than previous.
