Bosch MEVD17.2 Readin/Writing problem

Hello everyone,
I have ecu like this:
Bosch 0261S07334
DME 7 629 609

from BMW E90-3 LCI N55 Engine

I am trying to connect this ecu for remap but unsuccesfuly..
I tried by Galletto clone (everything like in manual for bmw N55 3.0T) - error
Also check by KTAG clone Ksuite v2.11 - error like in photo.
Pins connected like in photo + boot pin.
