2000 land rover discovery 2 - diesel

hi can anyone help to get this vehicle started. ecu has black and red plugs - inside 93c46 ecu i think is the eeprom to read. i read the eeprom from uch. attached are the files i have - anyone can help me to bypass or read the eka codes.
