Hi. I have problem with Fiat Punto mk2 1.2 8v.

Ori ecu was IAW 59F.M2 HW002

I bought another ecu virgin IAW 59F.M3 HW303.

Car started, but wasn't running fine, so I tried to write ori file from 59f.m2 into 59f.m3. Both files were from Motorotola 29F200BB, 256kb. But at 100% I got "error cheksum write".

Now car wont start (Code ON), and I cannot write ori file back, Galletto v54 says FILE WRONG. But two files are 256kb.

Here are attached ori file from 59f.m3 when everything worked, and file readed when no start.

As far as i know there is a difference on 59f ecu's hardware <100 and hardware >100. You have HW002 and HW303. You can damage ecu with wrong file and wrong checksum. Then, you cannot get access again. Try to get another ecu with hardware <100..

test immo off total
Thanks for the file, but as I said, problem is that I cannot write file, galletto shows error FILE Wrong. Cannot write and with KWP2000. Should be okey with boot mode?

Anyway, have you tested such a file?

Hello,

Use boot mode to restore ECU,if your tool supports it.
