LADS NEED HELP Turned off box while downloading now the box wont turn on can anything be done (blackbox)

yes blue led stays on all the time does not flash when you use remote

ok mate,
i had the same problem a few weeks ago....
all i did was to leave it on, and after 30mins it was back to working normally again...
let me know if it is working?

well this is really strange!
how about re-flashing it?
u shud try this, i have pli-jade, and i havent had any problems with it so far?
also gemini is another good option..

Can you connect this box to dreamup ? If so all is not lost.

dont know what dreamup is am trying to connect box to laptop at the moment to see if i can do anything that way but dont know how

Have you ever flashed the box with an image or was it all done for you ?, I'm not having a go m8 but the more info you provide the easier it is for folks to help. Try and give as much info as you can.

bought the box with the image already installed , the box itself connects to the internet i was downloading software but it was going nowhere so i unpluged the box then this happened

ok you need to reflash the box, you need a NULL modem cable, and dreamup, you then need an image to flash to the box.
