Saab 9-3 1.9 TID Speed limiter

Hello,
Anyone can help me identify the speed limiter on Saab 9-3 1.9 TID 150HP?
I need to change it. Car can't go beyond 210 KM/h.

i see in all flash 300km dont know why he hold in 210

basically this is 1.9 with not long gearbox, add to that technical problem and your car will be have problem extend 180-200km/h
Make better diagnostic to figure where is problem with fueling.
