Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI 109 CV EDC15C2 Help DTC off

Hello,

the car has the following dtc impossible to erase. take note that there isn't any problem driving, the only one problem is mil on on the dash, and the following error on display: antipollution device.
I've already provided to remove FAP & EGR, but nothing to do..... the error are always there....
PLS could someone help me to delete the following dtc code:

P0380
P1421
P1138
P1112
P0100
P0401

Plshelp me... I'm desperate
