W203 200cdi I need DTC off

I need DTC off for w203 200 cdi p1189 inlet port shutoff car is in limp mode and can not past 3000 rpm i dont have other errors if someone can help me i will be grateful

that car still will be in limp mode even dtc are disable in file,replace M55 actuator or disable entire function of vsa !
