i have tried to read this module tried all 3 chips as 95640 get 00 00 00. they have no markings on the top. does anyone have any idea.

everything has to do with ur wires, looks kind of messy, cant you remove eeprom ??? if not then double check wirings.
Note: while reading eeprom, check the vcc current flow, and post here.

ive read so many other chips with these same wires, i have a ton of clusters here that ive been practicing with and have no issues reading them. i was just wondering what chip is the one to actually read out of the 3

please note : every single cluster in circuit programming eeprom behaves different with different programmers.
if you have some kind of cleaner, try cleaning the top of your chip, try to read it see what are the number shown, post here.
