Opel CD400

Sorry, for my English.
Opel Astra J, radio was CD300, I replaced on CD400, and replaced eeprom from CD300 to CD400. Eeprom with CD400 has been damaged, broke off leg and broke off a piece of the chip. Radio - working and i using it for 1 years. Now i installed USB to a CD400... programming fails due to the fact that the eeprom from СD300, and radio CD400. I have friend with MDI GM. He say, that i need dump eeprom from CD400.
Actually does anyone have an eeprom dump from CD400

CD400 is a VIN coded radio, you need to post the original dump and car's current VIN number

Is not possible. Original chip eeprom from Cd400 is damage, so i can't read dump. I have CD400 with eeprom from CD300.

Not compatible, no point using CD300 as it's different..
