Comparing both there is lots of modification done. However can you tell me what has ben done? (EGR,DPF, maybe Tuned...)

There are no difference in the maps, only 1map in torque. But every file can have some difference.
File is NOT modded...

Costumer bought this car month ago, and its having problems with abnormal smoking all the time. I look under the car and find that DPF was removed, but question is If it was removed in software to, and if it is was it done in the right way.

Reason of black smoke is NOT on software problem. DPF can't be remove wrong in software. It is ON or OFF. Check every tube for hole (turbo tube from intercooler etc.)

But if DPF is removed on the car, software should be modified, but you can see only difference in torque map.
