PEUGOT 206 GTI ECU OR BSI PROBLEM

Hi friends i have 2 Peugot 206 gti with magnetti marelli IAW6LP1.09 , car cranks but no start . when i diagnose with lexia ( peugot planet) live data says ecu locked .
the batteries where only disconected now both vehicles cranking but not starting and saying economy mode
