YAMAHA MAJESTY ECU

Hi !

I would like to make synchro for NEW MASTER KEY on YAMAHA MAJESTY 400cc SOOTER my2005.
I performed cuts on some areas but didn't found anything sensible.

At the back of ECU I found SEIKO S294 - can somebody help me to figure it out where is immo eeprom on this ECU ?
or if SEIKO S294 is the right one - how to read it on UPA, XPROG, VELLON, ORANGE, TMpro2 programmers ?

I have checked datasheet for SEIKO S-29430 series - and seems that for leg #1 designation is: chip select input - and on ECU's board - pad #1 is NC - not connected - so don't think it is S-29430
any other solution guys?
