cmd error writing Focus EDC16C34

Hi!

i have big problem i wrote file from focus edc16C34 while writing i get error EDC16C34 Ford

i tried to write other file from other focus car which already had EGR off, but sw has the same SW number.

later i tried to write back ORI file cmd writes the file OK, but dashboard is just blinking also not showing km just --------

i made scan with diag but engine ecu makes bad responce.

any idea how i can fix this problem

x17 and cmd arent the same buddy
youre not trying to write a cmd read with x17 are you?

In some rare ecus you cannot write the file with CMD, KESS or BS just by BDM.

Happened to me twice over the years.

That message is because the configuration of the ecu was lost, it?s knowed to happen somethimes while doing by OBD.

You will need to visit Ford or have acess to a IDS system or similar.

As far as i am aware just with the IDS system.

Solved with the help of mms, they give me bdm file ECU is working😉.

Cmd support just told me that I supposed have made a bad dpf off file and that dpf off is not legal and I should not use there tool for that. I should go to Ford dealer

Lol i just deactivate the egr not the dpf
