Find an infinity g37 file that is in Km and blast it into your cluster, or do the work and hex compare both files and locate the fields which may or may not flip the original file from mph to km. The first way you would also need to correct mileage, the second way I mentioned is preferred but I have not yet worked on one of these.

Be sure the file is associated with the exact make model year of the car your working on as well.
