have damaged chip 28f200 from bmw dme. can be replaced with 29f200?

Hello, go to alldatasheet.com write your ic, open second page and check replaceable IC
Most needed is pinout, technical it will be different but flash is flash, always can make something with that if IC case was that same.

It seems that You can use 29F200 instead 28F200...look at sheet

Can be used but you will loose obd programming capabilities if the ecu supported it with 28f200.

Search for Intel 28f200, even not all programmers support this devices.
