Scania R420 problem [Sitemap]

Hello,

i have the scania r420 and have the problem . The truck have not any fault and we are check egr and all ... but truck not going good . Can any one check the map ( software ) ... maybe is this problem ? please help

( i need also good man who can do good tuned maps for trucks and cars )

Your file is ok. Then engine has some defect.

i think it's problem at map ... becasue truck have not nay fault and we are check complet engine ... do you have any file for test ???? or anyone other ? i will pay if will be all OK

Need read Ecu with BDM. IF I help find for You proper file.

Also all hw & sw number.

CAN YOU TEST IT WITH ANOTHER ECU ? IS MORE SIMPLE...
ONE TRUCK IS A PROFESSIONAL TOOL, DON?T LOOSE TIME TESTING MAPS.

I am working with trucks since nearly 20 years every day. It is my main job. I never heard in this time from a leak of power in cause of a damaged software !! What is the condition of the truck ? How old are the fuel filters and the air cleaner ? Did you check the engine brake plate in the exhaust ? Did you check the exhaust system ? Did you check the turbolader, can you turn the shaft from the turbo ? Is there a leak in the turbolader air tubes or in the intercooler ? Did you only read diagnostic trouble codes or did you also check the values in your diagnostic system ? Which diagnostic system are you using ? Scania genuine ?? What is the condition of the fuel system ? Of the injection jets ? Of the plastic tubes from fuel ? Of the tank and the hose in the tank ? Perhaps, there is air in the fuel in cause of a damaged fuel plastic tube ?! Check the turbo pressure sensor. How much is the pressure with just ignition on ? It has to check the atmosph?ric pressure before starting the engine. If this value is not correct, there is always a leak of power !! It is never the software ! never never never !!! Believe me, i made hundreds and thousands trucks in my life.. Not every trouble is setting a trouble code...
