Cross EPG Error

Hi all,

would appreciate help, when trying to download the crossepg it keeps coming up with this error:

Timeout for Tuner lock?

Sounds like tuner connection bad how many tuners and are connections good? check cables and reseat properly have a look at sat finder in settings check signal on each tuner.

It was set up for twin tuner but ive moved to another room as I now have the Vu duo 2 upgraded :)

all fixed now the room I moved to is a single feed so just had to disable tuner 2 and bingo it worked
