e46 320d 150ps gtb1752 - help with mod

Hi!

My patient: BMW e46 320d 150ps euro3 with gtb1752 turbo (conversion from electric to vacuum actuator) and cats out...

I can't reach 200ps+ on dyno...

Can anybody can give me some tips what limiting IQ on high RPM's?

My first idea... Extrapolate duration maps... but it's doesn't help :(

Maybe some IQ limiter? I use more than 75mg in IQ2Nm maps... Rail pressure is still 1600 bar...

PLS give me some tips what limiting me...

Try injection map, and take the "injection at part throttle" wider.
You can take more bar on rail pressure, about 1620bar, don't forget to set rail pressure limiter to value 16200

You can also take more tork limiter map on high RPM. (see picture)
