PIC16F690 read by UPA

Hello,
I have enduro bike BETA 400 RR and I would like to read/write tacho. Inside is PIC16F690, but I haven?t this processor as option in UPA roll menu. Is it possible to read zhis MCU by UPA or also i have got wellon VP390, but also not in menu. Is it possible to read as another MCU (some eqivalent to PIC16F690).
