Hello guys,
which programmer could read this mcu as well,i tried xprogm,upa usb,carprog without success,maybe i missed something in connecting,
any pin to lift...?

With xprog-m You should read this MCU without problem.

MODA A & MODA B connect to ground. Lift pins Rxd & Txd

If You have problem continually check pin 68( VDDSYN ). If it is connect to GND lift it.
