CITROEN RELAY 2005 P0601 - Control Unit Faulty (EEPROM)

Customer bought van as non-runner. He was told it was just key needed. I went and tried to eeprom IMMO 93c56, It was obvious that chip was off before - ZF didn't recognise module. It looks like file is corrupt.

I removed ECU and the st95p08 had also been removed before.

I attach the two read files.

Did a diagnostics check and got fault code P0601 - Control Unit Faulty (EEPROM)

And on top of all this - the immo light doesn't do anything on dash. It could be blown bulb, but unlikely I guess. And the van doesn't turn over, just dead. Not sure if immo allows turn over or not?

Wondering if anyone has any solution for this?

that is maybe because some one made immo off and immo is on the eprom same as boxer and ducato edc15

this is edc15c7 ecu. immo off is in flash not in eeprom. if you want read flash and post here and i gona make you off.
and probably is eeprom file faulty so you need to write another file in eeprom
