The customer have this issue from a month... i told him my price before 2 weeks, he said - too much money... yesterday he come to me and said - please... in thursday i'll bring the car... This morning he was in other service and call me to ask what exactly must be empted from the exaust.
Now you search solution... Funny, yeah?
