ECU replace from z12xep to z14xep pls help

hi to all,

i have an astra h 2008, z14xep with ECU Bosch Motronic 7.6.1, witch must be replaced, i found another one, from a corsa d, engine z12xep, the ecu is the same, may i swap directly on my engine or i have to reprogram flash memory?, if i have to reprogram may i do this with MDI thru SPS or i need other interface.

you need pincode from old ecu and new ecu. Carprog allow you to read from vehicle this pin codes. Then with opcom you will do this job. If you buy "log out" ecu then you need original pin code from car. Thats it.

I don't remember very well, but i think, that one of this cars was with MAF and the other - with MAP.
If this is the case, you can't reprogram the ECU, because of the hardware mismatch.
