Hello, I downloaded the RAR archive but it's password protected

Before I even ask for the password, may I ask what's inside?

I have a 2.4jtd and 3 different maps with dpf off. They all work, but I'd really like to know what's going on and why, how it's done and what's the proper way to do it. I'd be more than happy to share what I find but at the moment I can only see that they differ here and there for reasons that elude my knowledge.

So far the only answers I came across in internet forums are "do this" or "use this software". I'd like to know what I'm doing and why and I was hoping that WinOLS could give me those answers :)
