I search solution repair software in CCC from E90. Please help test bench. Anybody pinout CCC and display connect.
CCC non stop reboot.

This CD will work only in 1% cases,based on experience.You can try,worst case scenario is gray screen - bootloader failure.
If CCC just stopped working one day,you have a HW problem.
And no,heating the Intel flash chips will not be a permanent solution,it may extend its life for 1-2 months.

I can help you if you send me the motherboard.
You do not have the required tools / programmers to fully rebuild it.

I have station rework BGA and programmer beeprog. do you have wiring diagram connect CCC to bench

CCC wakes up via Digital Ignition On via CAN (KL15).
You would need other modules also to wake it up and program it on bench.

find wiring diagram from online bmw wds and connect on bench... :)

I download file and burn CD and put CCC, but bootloader not start.

Stuck on bootloop for few days now on BMW logo and repeat.Shall i need to remove the damn CCC module and reflow and reflash-reprogram all the flash modules or specific ones?CCC module hw5.1 from 06 e91.

the wake up code is (DATA Packet HEX) can id130 Length 5 ( 45 40 21 8F FE) use this parameters if your can controller software need hex data. and if your controller soft need demical data use this - 069 064 033 143 254 it is a same code but in demical

In 90% probem is hardware so no repair cd will help
For wakeup on desk u need cas and zgw or program some mcu like arduino or stm32.. or many other with can bus with data like

Hi, I'm looking for someone that can repair a 2005 BMW E60 CR84580 CCC_VORLADEN CASCADE unit please as the iDrive display screen will very briefly flash BMW or a grey screen sometimes and the CD or DVD player is constantly whirring away, but will not operate at all.
