help with egr off from edc15c9 toyota

car is a yaris 75cv 1.4 d4d years 2002

possible remove egr from this ecu ?
i find map of egr but i think that will no work if i make all value to 8500

best switch or controller ?

Unplug vacuum from the EGR actuator, isolate it (the vacuum pipe, ofcourse)...
Drive the car some distance, with middle rpm (around 2000) and look if the ECU will show some DTCs and will the engine have limp mode...
Tell us the result!

p0403 have limp mode

Test this file...
Check with diag scanner if the duty cycle of the EGR is 0%.
If is 0%, unplug the EGR valve electrically.
If is not zero, then i did nothing...
This is solution by switch, if not work, i have another way to disable the ~~~~ing EGR valve and limp mode forever...

limp mode i can remove
tested today i can remove maf egr all and car go well
is easy
i unlock limiter to 3000rpm to 5200rpm
but i have dtc and light yellow in a cluster (no perfect solution)
will test your file tomorrow morning

i checked with diag scanner with original and with mod file, duty cycle always 0%
also with car on road (strange)
with mod file unplug the egr valve electrically and i have in diag error p0403 but no limp mode and no recovery
for 20km again not limp mode light of engine is off
what do you think ?

I think, that my mod file is ok.
You drive 20 km on it and no light, no limp, DC 0%...
Did not understand - the last drive... have you P0403 again (after erase it)?

yes after erase it have p0403 with your file and unplug valve electrically
