He told that the only problem of a car is the FUEL LEVEL METER after correcting the mileage it goes to empty and Fuel light also glows. all functions are ok.

Note: He is not fluent in english language so please understand him.....

I chekd all fuses its ok , when i make a IKE diagnose i have this message internal lcm fault .can the lcm have something to do with the fuel gauge ?
?
By the way i puted a similar tacho with same SW version same problem .

Car will start without cluster so i would look elsewhere or try putting fuel in might have run out if its cranking and not starting had that before

Here im back!! i solved it whats happens is that when you pull out the battery the LCM (some times looses its coding) no where in the BMW files speaks about fuel gauge failure if LCM looses coding, that what puts me in the wrong direction ,i coded the LCM again to the vehicle and everything is working again and the fuel gauge comes to life im really happy about it thanx again for your answers.

As far as im concerned this thread can be closed.

just dont forget to change the vin in file.
