Need help with Mercedes b 200cdi egr off

Hi, can someone made me right egr off, i made 4 monts ago egr off, till now was all ok, but now is dtc back and limp mode.
In rar ar both files, ori and wath i made, hope someone can help ?

Unplug EGR connector.
