DPF & EGR Delete need to get rid of DTC code P2453

Did a DPF and EGR delete but can't seem to get rid of the DTC code P2453 , keeps coming back...
Ive attached the Ext flash file

any ideas as to what i have to change to get this not to come on

what kind of ecu is this? edc16 or EDC17?
