Hi.
I have a problem with ecu after remap.
Has anyone have a dump for

4F0907401C EDC16CP34 HW: H05
BOSCH 0281014382

I had a problem with intake manifold flaps.
004120 - Intake Manifold Runner (Bank 2)
P1018 - 001 - Lower limit not reached - Intermittent

012597 - Intake Manifold Runner Control
P3135 - 001 - Lower Stop not Reached - Intermittent

Then decided instead of fix it i put car for remap cut them off and egr as well and that should sort it my problem.
The d..k h..d who done my remap did not do buckup of full flash just the part that he use it for remap.
Now i can not restore ecu to the virgin state and that is effect of his remap

P1401 - 001 - Short to Ground

008200 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 1
P2008 - 004 - Electrical Malfunction

008209 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 2
P2011 - 004 - Electrical Malfunction

004249 - Intake Manifold Runner Control
P1099 - 001 - Electrical Malfunction

012421 - Control Circuit for Intake Manifold Tuning (Bank 2)
P3085 - 001 - Electrical Malfunction

009254 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooling Valve Control Circuit
P2426 - 001 - Short to Ground

004117 - Valve for Air Filter Bypass Flap (N275)
P1015 - 001 - Short to Ground

005494 - Right Engine Mount Solenoid Valve (N145)
P1576 - 001 - Short to Ground

It is more codes and MIL light still on a dash.

When you get this done just replace the links on the flap units there only ?9 each , small play brings these codes on that's all

Hi.
I did that few months ago. I did all intake manifold bank 1 and 2 all gasket set all rods flaps all new as fix kit checked plugs and flap motor unit and there is no luck.
Still mil light on the dash. Then decided to remap car and remove that from soft but the guy messed up ecu and i have more fault codes in memeory and no chance to remove them with vcds or snapon.
I sent unit to lab for hardware and software testing and still waiting but in my opinion is going to be a hardware damage to the unit.
I hope to get some info from them around tuesday and will see do i need just soft update or get them to rebuild/new ecu.

what a ~~~~ up m8 nightmarish should only be software if he didnt remove ecu

hi.
I got my ecu back from testing.
Far as i know they can not see any damage to the hardware but they said there is problem with soft which is coruptetd and they are not able to fix it.
What is mean i need to find a full dump for that car.

Ecu problem solved.
ECU has fixed soft problem + remap and is working ok now.
