It posible to add fuel at hot start, very difficulty engine starts after 60 C

Check injection system mate. It is not VAG.
Probably you have a problem with leaking injectors , pump, fuel regulator, or starter motor.

Injectors restored and have all testing dokuments :), fuel regulator replaced to new one, starter cranking with no problems, it have 2 batteries

Wach the rayl pressure when cranking.
Iff it takes allot off time to build, the go for the pump.
Never heard of hotstart software problems on any tipe of ford. ( In this case it is basicaly a Peugeot boxer ...)

Check fuel rail pressure when van is hard to star.
No point replacing stuff if you dont know whats you problem.

I have the same problem,
Peugeot boxer, 2.2hdi 2007 visteon DCU102 ecu.
Collegue exchanged many parts, still the problem remains. When hot, no start!
Could anyone fix this, if i uploaded the ecu file.

did you checked egr on real parameters if is closed or opened ?

No, i assumed that egr whas fine.
Can i use Delphi?
We will remove the egr, to be sure anyway.

On boxer check braided earth strap.
In live data what rpm do you see when crancking ?
What fuel pressure ?
Check all when the car is not starting.
