Discovery 3 tdv6 flat battery and no start

Hi.
I have a land rover discovery 3 2008 tdv6.
battery gone flat and now car wont start, central locking doesn't work.
I tried to program keys but JLR cant finish procedure.
Tried to download new flash to bcm but no success again.
BCM giving no communication. But I can read the faults.
ECU faults are immobiliser related.
Car wont turn over (it that the immo in LR works?)
I think BCM memory got corrupted.
BCM number YQE500420.
Any experience with that?
Any help apreciated.

hi.
customer got a new bcm and a friend from land rover dealership coded it using original equipment. Sorry I dont have better news about this subject.
