Mercedes Benz C240 Corrupt EZS/EIS... Please help!

Hi All,

I have a C240 with what looks like a corrupt EIS, when I load a virgin dump and use a test ring with a key I get a signal from the LED, if I use original dump the LED doesn't light up. Please can I be helped with correcting this dump. The VIN of the vehicle is WDC2030612R089028.

I have attached both EEPROM and FLASH files 389098!

eeprom looks ok...
but 3K91D is very dangerous...what tool you use for read/write ? :)
almost every users have conflict with this EZS part number 209.545.05.08 ;) this numer must be a magic :D

I used R270 and Orange 5 to read the files, I have never had an issue like this.

The vehicle is very far, is it possible to repair dump on bench?

Do you think that loading dumps from a running vehicle will work, ie from EIS & ECU, keys I can generate plus I don't mind virginising the steering lock, is this doable, and if so, do you know where I can get matched ECU & EIS dumps...

search this forum, you find many and many users who have issue with this EZS 209.545.05.08 mainly with 3K91D :)
when you read eeprom with R270 from this MCU, then is in many cases erased or corrupted flash content :(
your EEPROM dump look in good condition, no any errors, VIN ok, km ok, keys hashs ok....
