Opel HSFI 2.5 hybrid with Carprog stops reading at 87%

Hello friends , i try to read a HSFI 2.5 Opel Hybrid ecu with Carprog (did many before)

Carprog stops reading at 87%

I tried :

- ecu in freezer
- heating up ecu
- try to find loose bondings (no loose bondings)
- change volt

I have carpog original , same happens with byteshooter, if i conect other hsfi 2.5 reads fine

Any suggest ?

I would suggest a tech2/mdi session first.
