I have kia sephia 2, 1.8L, Model 1998, Gasoline, Ref K2BC EU T8D, has memories B58399 (27C512) and B58253 (24C02), i need immo off, the pcm old is broken

Hello Misko015, thank you for you hepl, the car will not start, no spark no pulse injection, no fault codes and immo light is off, CKP and cmp work right. but, i did not star.
i need help.
